Public Swimming Pools

Signed by the U.S. President Bush on December 2007, the VGB Pool and Spa Safety Act (P&SSAct) is effective since the December 19, 2008. This rule is planned to prevent swimming pools jeopardies. The perils of pools like body entrapments or eviscerations are more often lying in wait and deadly.
