Public Swimming Pools
Signed by the U.S. President Bush on December 2007, the VGB Pool and Spa Safety Act (P&SSAct) is in effect since the December 19, 2008. This regulation is planned to foreclose swimming pools jeopardies. The perils of pools like body entrapments or eviscerations are more often invisible and fatal.
